Take Action: Sequestration Reimbursement Cuts

The CARES Act and the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021 temporarily delayed the effects of sequestration during the ongoing public health emergency brought on by the Coronavirus. Unfortunately, this sequester suspension is set to expire on March 31, 2021, which would result in the reinstatement of Medicare’s automatic 2% reimbursement cut. If you would like to get involved and make your voice heard, you can do so by communicating with your state and federal legislators on the need to extend the sequestration cut suspension.
